Where can I see the photo templates?

How big of an area does the booth require?

Our Photobird photo booths require a space of at least 10 feet by 10 feet and a height of 9 feet. This gives enough space for the booth, camera, printer, and props. If you have any concerns about the space, please let us know and we will work with you to find the best solution.

What time will you arrive to setup?

We typically arrive 1-2 hours before the event start time to set up our photo booth. However, the specific arrival time may vary depending on the location of the event and any special requests or accommodations that need to be made. Rest assured that our team will coordinate with you to ensure that we arrive in plenty of time to set up and have everything ready to go before the event starts.

What kind of props do you have?

At Photobird, we have a wide variety of props to help make your photos fun and memorable! Our props include hats, glasses, signs, masks, and more. We have props suitable for all ages and occasions, from silly and playful to elegant and sophisticated. We also offer custom props upon request to ensure your event is truly unique. If you have any specific prop requests, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.

What's the booking process like?

Please fill out a form and describe in as much detail as to what you want and what your event is. After you customize what you want. We will send out our contract and invoice to you with a 50% deposit now and you're all set!

Do you require a deposit to book a photo booth for my event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we require a 50% deposit for all our services to reserve a time and date for your event. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event date. We accept all major credit cards and checks.

Will there be an attendant on duty?

Digital Drop-off Booth:

No, our drop off booth service does not come with an attendant. The drop-off booth is entirely self-sufficient without the need of an attendant. If you would like an attendant present during your event, please inquire about our full-service booth package.

DSLR Printing Booth:

Yes, there will be a trained Photobird attendant on duty for the entire duration of your event. Our attendant will assist with any technical issues, ensure that the booth is running smoothly, and help guests with any questions they may have. This allows you to relax and enjoy your event while we take care of the photo booth experience.

Can the photo booth be set-up out doors?

Yes, our Photobird photo booth can be set-up outdoors. However, we require a sheltered area that is protected from direct sunlight, rain, and wind. We also need access to a nearby power source. Please inform us in advance if you plan to have the photo booth set-up outdoors so that we can make necessary arrangements for the event.

What are the power requirements for the booth?

The Photobird photo booth requires a standard 120-volt electrical outlet within30 feet of the setup area. We bring our own power strips and extension cords, but please let us know if the setup area is further away from the outlet or if there are any electrical limitations we should be aware of.

Is there really unlimited photos for the photo booth?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Photobird offers unlimited photo prints for the duration of your rental. Your guests can take as many photos as they would like during the event and all of the photos will be printed out on the spot. This means that everyone in the group can take home a photo as a keepsake from the event. Our photo booth is equipped with high-quality printers that produce high-resolution prints that are both smudge-proof and water-resistant.
